I made it for my self and my family and we absolutely loved it, im 16 years old with very little knowledge about food but this was very easy to make, thanks, btw i found your channel from my recommend and your channel is gold, serious and straight to the point but also with a funny humor for the people who want it (the caption) and very entertaining, keep up the good work

I made this just this morning and I'm gonna tell you my experience.

Everything went well during the making, as all your doing is just whipping eggs. All though, I was super scared that I didn't whip the egg well enough because when I added the yolks, I seemed to not be as fluffy.

Make sure you add a good amount of butter to the pan because if you don't you'll have sticking issues.

Also, I have a vendetta against raw eggs, so, I made sure It cooked all the way through. However, when I do this, The eggs will flatten out, and you will lose the awesome jiggly effect seen in the video.

Lastly, and most importantly, this recipe is the food equivalent of a blank canvas. It was quite bland, and very foamy, so I just ended up throwing it away halfway through and making pancakes and sausage. However, If you love omelettes, want to experience the jiggly feeling, have a seasoning method on hand, and don't mind a bit of raw egg, this could be a great option for switching up your breakfast here and there.

I tried the recipe and it works! I, however, made a little adjustement. Instead of adding the salt to the yolk, I added it to the egg white so that they you mix (I used an electric mixer), it gets stiff quicker. Also, it's better to add sugar to the egg white while it's closed to stiffness in order to keep the beating process quick. Low heat for 4 minutes on a covered pan is definitely the key to the soufflé.
I personally prefer to eat this soufflé omelette sweet with maple syrup because its texture absorbs all of it. So delicious!

I luv the way you’re explaining what to do like while I’m reading it I just go “BUAHAHAHA” and run out of breath. It’s also really entertaining to read not like those boring, old, dusty school books they give us to read at home within 1 week.
