I've spent 20 + years as an educated trained professional chef in NY, and although I can cook (and anybody really can) this takes the art to the next level. It's the knife skills, measure of detail, level of accuracy that is most impressive to me. Cooking is easy for the most part, but the talent that goes into preparing these dishes is a whole different world that most do not have. I've seen a lot in my time, but this sort of talent is pretty amazing to me. I've always been impressed with Japanese culture, studied it for many years and watching this it's no wonder why. Dude your awesome!
