Just wanted to point out that that it should be "Gebackener Käsekuchen" :)
Not so sure about that Camembert though, but we use Quark , and sometimes custard powder, in Germany.

HidaMari, I made this cake for my birthday's daughter yesterday. She is 18 yrs old..It's a great success!! She and my husband said very very nice. I am happy to use your recipee..A Very nice cream cheese absolutely like the Hokkaido Cream Cheese Cake..I use the round tin bake of 18/19cm..so i multiply the ingredients 1.5x in everything based on your guidance..the most difficult moment is to put the crust in the wall of the tin bake..must be very careful..wish you can give solution and answers of people questions..also in English language use google translation ..
Anyway, thanks a lot for your good recipee..two thumbs up for you!!
