Everything was great, I made this today and I loved it~! A few things I changed was adding some oregano and basil to the paste, the cream cheese was too sweet for me so I didn’t add it. Also, I used 10 grams less of garlic as it seemed too much for my taste. I also had to let it rise for half an hour to an hour more the first time since it took a bit longer (probably because of the temperature where I live) for it to grow in size. Not everything I used was measured exactly as I live in the US and it had to be converted to ounces rather than millimeters and grams. I hope this helped others out there trying this recipe. (BTW, the bread tastes amazing on its own with a bit of butter :))

Taste REVIEW from a western palate:
I made these buns yesterday and i was a bit skeptical how i would respond to the sweet/savory combination. I made one bun without any cream cheese just in case. The flavor of the sweet cheese and garlic was actually far superior to the cheese-less bun. Without the sweet cheese the bun was much less rich. It reminded me of other dishes in which garlic is mixed with sweetner, such as honey mustard garlic sauce. Enjoyable! I must say though that is was very heavy and hard to digest.

Hi Nino!

I just made these! I followed your recipe, it was sooo good, probably one of the BEST breads i’ve ever made! Tho i did made a mistake of using the AP flour instead of bread flour [i spaced out - I was stress baking ] but the dough and bread turned out soft and fluffy on the first bake but still PERFECT!
The cheese cream was a bit too sweet [ i have a huge sweet tooth, if i say it’s sweet, it’s tooo sweet for everybody else] so i’ll cut the sugar in half next time. Thanks for the awesome Video and Recipe! My family wants me to make it again. Please keep making awesome videos.
