I honestly would love to learn more about how he broke down the styrofoam and what else you can do with it before it hardens (because I’m an artist and would love to make things out of left over styrofoam that comes out like that).

Like before it hardened could you put it in a silicon mold? And would it retain the mold’s shape? Or would it react with the silicon in some way?
What about sanding it down (as much as you can as regular styrofoam) into a shape that you want before putting it in the oven? I know it shrinks but would it still maintain a semblance of that basic shape? After it’s out of the oven, could you sand it, or carve it with enough heat or would it fall apart. So many questions. Dang, high school chemistry was not detailed enough to help me now
