The guardian forever protects his king, in life and death.

Yu*********:

Thalasso Hobbyer : puts a REAL ruby on a diorama that's only for show
everybody : dont see that
me : screaming

Di************:
At first I thought the shark was gonna be an intruder, desecrating the King's resting place, it's nice that isn't the case and he's actually protecting the King. Good guy shark.

Th*************:

Thank you for watching. Here are some frequently asked questions and their answers.

Q. What is that clay? Does it cure in the microwave? A. The type of clay is polymer clay. It cures with the heat of the oven, not the microwave. It's sold to Amazon.
Q. What is the material of that white board? A.That is the Foam core board. Used to make architectural models.
Q. What is the machine that scrapes the foam core board? A.Micro motor. It's sold to Amazon.
Q. What kind of resin are you using? A.It's a polyester resin. But this is not recommended because it is difficult to handle and has a strong odor. Epoxy resin is recommended for use.
Q. The frame is distorted due to resin shrinkage. Use thicker boards. A. Then the frame will not be able to absorb the shrinkage of the resin and the sculpture will break. Frame distortion absorbs the pressure of contraction. Using epoxy resin instead of polyester resin solves this problem, but I don't have the money to buy large quantities of epoxy. I like this curve.
Q. Music is noisy! distracted. A. sorry I can't speak English so I use it without help. From next time, I'll change to quieter music.
Q. You are bad. No technique. A.I am aware of it. It's almost the first time to make a diorama. Please give me a break.

Thank you so much for giving me your valuable time. Thalasso hobbyer

You know that an artist is good when even mistakes contributes to make the art looks great, congratulations you are awesome

Be*********:
“I hope you can enjoy the video without skipping it” the only time I skip is to go backwards cuz I wanted to see something again!!

Xe****:

The amount of patience, time and effort you would need for this is beyond me. Awesome!

Th**************:

Your channel is badass! You should try doing a Cthulhu or some other Lovecraft creature diorama! Would be awesome!

RA*****:
Wow! That's a wonderful piece.
I can feel a lot of depth and liveliness.
I'll look forward to the next one!

Bo********************:
The cracking/scratch just ends up looking like really cool underwater light distortion. Like a shadow as the water under the shark is mixed with sediment as the shark moves. I just started watching your videos today. Your art is amazing!

Mo*********:

Stumbling upon your channel was a blessing. I love your work, really cool and awesome. Cant wait to see what you make next

An******:

The damage resin area looks like the shark disturbed the water there so it's not a complete loss.

Ct***********:
These are amazing! I would love to see something with Cthulhu

Mi****:

A like just for the patience required to draw that many bricks...

Ma*********:
wow this is so good! the story behind it makes it all the much better. Thank you for sharing! :)

Om*****************:

If anyone says that they're better than you, ignore them or ask to see their work... they will of course stall on you seeing it, because they're lying about being better than you. You are amazing at art and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Pe**********:
That is most definitely your best diorama yet! I cannot wait to see what you come up with next

Re*********:
This is phenomenal !! The forced perspective and detail in these ruins is insane! I can't wait to see what's next from you!

De***:
Personally I like that happy accident, it makes it look like there’s more going on.

do**********:
Amazing! Beautiful! I love how you scale it!

Si*************:
I would like to see a titanic wreck diorama underwater :D

Ph***:

Another masterpiece, very impressive!

Kn*******************************:

Honestly, this dude deserves a million subs

Ma************:
Serial legal se você disponibilizasse os moldes...quero ver eu conseguir desenhar assim kkkkkkk

Nobody:
Thalasso Hobbyer: "This is a real ruby"

Also, as a lot of people said, the cracks adds to the diorama :D

Ni******:

Don't worry about that scratch, it even looks kinda cool!

Jy***:
"He's the guardian of the ruins and the almighty king's casket! Put him in the oven!" Somehow that made me chuckle.~

Mi**********:
In honor of the guardian, you have my subscription.

Ma********:

da********:

Love your work, looking forward to the next one!

Fu*********:
I had to subscribe, the ruins alone are so amazing! I love the pattern of the windows. This is one cool looking diorama, don't sweat the crack it's a happy accident :D

Wh************:

If I had one of these, id stare at it almost every day.
I love myths and mythological stories, creatures and places.

ke*****:
You cure in a micro-wave oven ? though that super sculpey can't go in there. Your diorama inspired me, very cool !

Ke*******:
Cada video me sorprendo mas y mas la calidad y perfeccion en los detalles, increible!!!!!

ba*******:
Another wonderful piece of work. Thank you for the Q&A, I can't believe that someone actually had the temerity to say your work was bad and showed no technique. Personally I think your work is extraordinary so keep it up. Skills come with practice and I'm sure there will be aspects of your work that you will feel you have improved over time. Well done Sir! As an old man, I get great enjoyment from watching you create these beautiful works of art. Do you ever sell them? I would be interested in buying one.

Na*****:

This turned out amazing, you should be really proud! In my opinion, the cracking just adds to the underwater look. I've been wanting to sculpt different ocean creatures for awhile now, always finding something else to work on instead, but today I'm going to start and I'm starting with the sharks just like I wanted; I tossed between sharks and seahorses, even buying different realistic sharks toys before COVID-19 hit. So thanks for renewing my desire!

Silly, I know, but it broke my heart you felt the need to hope ppl wouldn't skip to the end result. Idk about others but I love the working process as much as the end result. I can promise I'll never skip ahead and anyone who does has no true creativity in their bones. :)

Ag*********:
just discovered you channel, really enjoing the content and the presentation so far! Ceep up the great work!
PS: I know your kinda focusing on submarine builds, but do more builds with trees. I loved your tempel thingy building on the clif... the trees add a whole other dimension and coloursceeme (probably butchered that term) AND I loved your wire aproach on making them.
Maybe as some kind of compromise, try out making a coral reef or something along these terms! This way you can use your beloved resin and do trees anyway :D
OK, great job, ceep it up, much love from Germany!
