Those measurements for the all purpose flour was definitely not 90g lol, that was way too little and the mixture was still watery for me. I had to add like 150g more for it to be doughy like the video

En Barcelona, en mi casa, la masa difiere bastante. Se hace solo con agua, harina y sal. Luego de freir los churros se espolvorean con azucar. El chocolate lo tomamos negro, deshecho, pero sin leche. Es mucho mas sencillo

As a person who claimed really really likes churros and the lack of shop here who sells that, I have to admit that I never know Churros could be handmade after I watch your video. Pardon me for my ignorance but hell, I will make a lot, a lot of churros for myself to satisfy my hunger alone!
