Guys I have a ganache that can go really well with this recipe and its proportions. So its a white chocolate ganache. Heat up 100 ml of heavy cream, and stir constantly until you think its hot enough. In another bowl, have 50 grams of minced white chocolate with a pinch of sugar as well as a pinch of salt. while the heavy cream is boiling, add a ton of vanilla extract, mix, then pour the mixture into the white chocolate. Once everything is melted and mixed, put the ganache in the fridge for 30 mins, then spoon it on to the panna cotta, I just tried it tonight and it goes with this recipe really well :)
