Hi, could you please show how you remove the bottom of the cake mold. It's always very difficult for me.

I decided to try this recipe and if anyone wanted to try it as well and didn't want to calculate some of the measurements for larger molds, I calculated the measurements for an 18cm round mold!

18cm round mold
Raspberry puree-
264g raspberry
44g sugar
2.2 tsp lemon juice

Cheesecake-
440g cream cheese
88g sugar
110g non-sugar yogurt
440ml heavy cream
66g milk
11g gelatin
1 tsp lemon juice
132g raspberry puree
Raspberry jelly-
55g water
4.4g gelatin
110g raspberry puree

I LOVE your no bake cheesecake receipt video's. and I want to try to make this rasberry cheesecake receipt.
But I was wondering, is it possible for me to replace the heavy cream for whipped cream? Becuase I don't know where I can buy this heavy cream in The Netherlands.


If I change the heavy cream for whipped cream, does the amount remain the same or does it change too?
