Perfect Chocolate Cake Decorating at Home

Hi guys! I just wanted to let you guys know that I tried this, and the taste was spot on. I do have a few tips and tweaks I did though.
- when you cream the cream cheese to make it smoother, start with it room temperature. Otherwise, it will be really hard to mix.
- I recommend adding an extra tablespoon of sugar if you are like me, it just made everything blend together well.
- make sure your chocolate is completely cooled down, because I got impatient with mine, and when I poured it into the batter, the cold cream cheese immediately froze the hot chocolate, so my batter had pieces of chocolate chunks in it.
- even though nino says to freeze for 4 hours, I say that is the minimum time. I recommend freezing overnight for better results! :)

The taste of the cheesecake was rich and creamy, the crust spot on. I just put those tips and tricks up there to make sure you guys don’t make the same mistakes I did!
