When me and my family visited Taiwan, we bought so many pineapple cakes, at first I was skeptical because I never tried it before,but when I tasted the free sample, the thing crumbled in my mouth BUT in a good way. We also visited a workshop thingy where you can create your own pineapple cake but the dough and filling were prepped, some of mine turned out to be crumbly but, oh well . I was obsessed and after the trip we brought home so many, I was sad because my parents decided to give them to our relatives ;'(
