I tried this recipe and it was amazing! Here are some tips for anyone wanting to try out this recipe based on my experience.
1. DO NOT ADD IN THE EGGS ALL AT ONCE. The first time I made this, I added 2 whole eggs (which is roughly 100g) all at once and it became too runny so I couldn't pipe it. I ended up having to fix it by adding half of the cooked dough without eggs to the original dough to make it dry (a method I learned from Google). So the second time I made it, I added only half of one egg first and slowly adding more until it gets to the consistency I want. Maybe this is also why my eclairs didn't rise, because the dough was too wet. And I couldn't pipe in the cream because it's too flat. I got better the next time and it is wonderful.
TIP: Beat the eggs first so it is easy to measure and pour.
2. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR WHEN IT IS STILL BAKING. Although I didn't do this, I read this off a website and wanted to share. I recommend you to read reasons why the eclairs don't rise first before starting to see where you need to be careful. Also, try to keep the temperature the same. My oven doesn't keep the same temperature all the time. It sometimes gets higher than what I want or lower and I always have to keep an eye on it. The second time I made this, I let the temperature go higher and it slightly got burned but still tastes good.
I don't know what else to add but here are some tips I got from my experience and the internet. I hope this helps and thay your eclairs will turn out great!
