自分が今まで見てきたチーズケーキレシピではこれがダントツです。

初心者の私でもできました!
近くのスーパーには冷凍ラズベリーはなかったので、
冷凍ストロベリーを代用して作りました。
美味しいので、もうこれからはレアチーズケーキは買わないですw

I just made this recipe and it came out really tasty! My family loved it and it's all gone already. However look wise, it didn't turn out as well :( It still looked good but cannot compare to HidaMari's version!

Some tips when making in the US.
1) I think our creamcheese might be thicker. Let it come to room temp otherwise it gets chunky when trying to mix with sugar
2) If you have a stand mixer, use that to beat the sugar and cream cheese together so it comes out smoother
3) I used low-fat greek yogurt so it was really thick when mixed in with the cream cheese. The mixture wasn't as liquidy as what's in the video so might need to add some milk to thin it out a bit
4) I used the raspberry seeds in the cheese cake mixture, still came out well

These recipes are so complex(at least for me) but yet so intricate. The way each ingredient is so properly mixed and made , it's very satisfying to watch.

This is harassment because I can't make any desserts right now, and I'll have to make both when I finally can.
