I made these and they are really delicious, the only thing is that you need to use a stand mixer to get the dough to point of 00:48. Maybe I didn't add enough flour because my scales are acting up but you will be kneading for a very long time if you don't (but I don't recommend adding more flour either), also you may want to half the recipe for the cream cheese frosting as I had a lot left after. Despite that I really do recommend you make these as they are really simple and taste so good. :)

How do I put this...The structure of this cinnamon roll resembles more of a shokupan compare to the regular cinnamon roll, and cinnamon rolls aren't usually moist.
But I just love the how cute these things came out! And the sounds you made are amazing!
