9:37 in recipe I think you confused , should be 2 egg whites ( not egg yolks ) + 45 gr. sugar . Thanks a lot for sharing .

Hello. I am wondering, how much fat does your cream cheese contain? In % or per 100g maybe. And is it sweet? Does it have sugar in it?
You have so many amazing cheesecakes on your channel, I want to do something by myself, but we have no such thing as cream cheese in my country, and I'm trying to figure out what will be the closest alternative.

It's so amazing! I was thinking about the calories when I saw the custard and sugar layers, but totally forget about the calories when I see the final product. It looks so satisfying and creamy, and is exactly what I will buy in a dessert shop.

once you refrigerate the cake the burnt sugar layer won't be crunchy and crackly anymore though. When we make creme brulee and it's meant to be kept for another day, what we did was to only put the sugar on and burn it right before eating. Maybe that would work for this cake too?
Otherwise, looks fantastic and I really want to try this recipe!
