Do you speak English or do they offer "the Best Baker" type shop there? I know they do here, whether your professional or at home learned, they dont care on the shows here. The $10k to ? Depending on the show. Kids win $ 25k. Plus they have holiday competitions and partner/groups that they put together. Like an all around baker, artist designer, sugar artist and if holiday, carvers like huge pumpkin. They hv ppl from all over the world but to get on the shows here in the states, you def need to speak and understand English. They have French, Spanish, Italians, Portuguese to ppl from India, etc.. mid eastern and Asian. Everyone can apply. The question is, how are you under pressure, creative with various flavors they give you.
