2 بياض البيض
60 جم ​​سكر
صفار بيض
طحين المعجنات 60g
 الحليب 20 مل
10 مل زيت نباتي

Not sure if this will help, but this is how I wrote out what she did. Note- I don't read Japanese.


Ingredients:
• 2 egg white
• 60g sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 60g pastry flour
• 20ml milk
• 10ml vegetable oil


Separate yolks and whites. Whip whites until bubbles, add in 1/3 of the sugar, continue to beat (mixer) until soft peaks form, add in 1/3 of the sugar and continue until soft peaks, add 1/3 of sugar and continue until hard peaks form and shiny. Add in yolks and mix gently. Sift in flour and fold gently.


In separate bowl mix oil into milk, add a small amount of batter and mix to make a thin paste, add it back to the mix and gently fold in.


Pour into a lined 15cm spring form or removable base tin, tap on counter to settle. Bake at 335F (170C) for 25-30 mins. Remove from pan and cool on rack without paper. Cover with a slightly damp paper towel until cool, then store in plastic loose fitting bag.


Cut to a depth of 4cm or as desired.

I want to make a bigger cake with 3 eggs. For other ingredients, can I just use 1.5 times of them? ie. 3 eggs, 90g sugar, 90 g flour, 30ml milk and 15 ml vegetable oil?

How about the baking time? Should it be more then 30 minutes ?
