I know...it is just a chocolate cake but I enjoyed the way you make it looks very simple but beautiful appetizing
~Note~
I added 1 tsp of baking powder
And 1/2 tsp of baking soda
As she didn't use any I was a bit concerned of my cam would rise or not, hence the addition.
Also I baked it in a 6 Inch pan
At 180 Celsius for 25 min... And turned out amazing!
I managed to get two thick layers and one thin layer out of it!

I've tried this recipe but since I don't speak english as a first language I guess something was lost in translation
I doubled the doses because my tin was 21cm in diameter but the cake came out super flat and thick (not fluffy)... Does "cake flour" include yeast or something to raise the batter?
When I tasted it, it didn't felt very sweet too... did I mess up somewhere (are heavy cream naturally sweet?) or is my palate just accustomed to sweet things?
It is a super beautiful cake though º_º
